Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that you want to cancel your advertising with us after you have booked and paid we operate a ‘no questions’ 7 day cooling off period from the time we take your payment.

Within this 7 day period we will refund any payments made to us by you for advertising.

To make a cancellation it is necessary for you to email us with your name, business name, invoice number and state the reason for the cancellation.

After the 7 day cooling off period has expired you will be deemed to have entered into a 12 month contract with us and your advertising cannot be cancelled during this period and no refunds will be made.

The only exceptions to this are if you have ceased trading for whatever reason then upon verification of your ceasing trading your adverting can be cancel however no refunds full or part will be made.
